The Diabetes Prevention Program was established by the CDC. As a trained DPP Lifestyle Coach I facilitate groups of individuals that have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or qualify based off of the risk assessment listed above. This is a 1 year program to help reverse your pre-diabetes or delay the onset of diabetes. Please contact me if you have any questions.
I offer an evening free from judgement where women can raise their concerns about their health and discuss ways to implement lifestyle changes. I have a lot of experience and knowledge surrounding nutrition and I will make you all a healthy snack right in front of you. I help facilitate the group to keep you on track with the topics.
Would you like to have a girl's night with your friends and family where we tackle some of the challenges getting in the way of your health goals? We will plan a time where I come to your home and you invite a group of your choice of friends and family to join us in a talk about health, wellness and nutrition. Call to plan your event.
Do you have concerns but don't want to bring them up in front of family and friends? Group coaching can be helpful so that you don't feel alone in your struggles and also don't feel any pressure or embarrassment due to the presence of friends and family. Individual coaching gives you space just for you to embark on your own journey and make your own choices free from judgement.

During three months of coaching (12 sessions lasting 45 minutes each) we will take a journey together to discover your values, character strengths, evaluate your life over-all with a wellness wheel and then set SMART goals to get you closer to becoming your best self. Do you recognize bad habits in your life but are not sure how to make any changes to improve your health? Six months of coaching (20 sessions lasting 45 minutes each) could help you find solutions and implement lasting changes. For the first 4 months we will meet once a week and then for the last 2 months we will only meet twice a month.
